Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WPVisas.com (“Website”) and your participation in the WorkPath Visas (“WPV”) EB-3 Administrative Support Program (“Program”). By accessing this Website or enrolling in the Program, you (“User,” “Candidate,” “Driver Associate,” or “you”) agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of WPV Services
1.1 Administrative Support Only
WPV provides administrative, coordination, relocation, and case-management services related to the EB-3 immigration process, CDL training preparation, and transition to employment in the United States.
1.2 Not a Law Firm
WPV is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not act as a legal representative before USCIS, USDOL, NVC, or any government agency.
1.3 Government Control
All immigration decisions—including approvals, denials, processing times, documentation requirements, and interview scheduling—are made exclusively by U.S. government agencies.
2. Eligibility & Candidate Requirements
By enrolling in the Program, you agree to:
2.1 Provide truthful, complete, and accurate information at all times.
2.2 Complete all required steps for document collection, evaluations, and onboarding.
2.3 Complete WPV’s English Proficiency Test and participate in assigned English improvement activities.
2.4 Begin and maintain CDL theory study before U.S. arrival and throughout the CDL training period.
2.5 Maintain active communication with WPV and respond promptly to requests.
2.6 Meet job experience, sponsorship qualifications, and U.S. employer requirements.
2.7 Comply with the sponsoring U.S. Employer’s benefit, conduct, attendance, and vacation policies.
2.8 Understand that failure to follow WPV instructions may result in delayed processing or removal from the Program.
3. Program Fees & Payment Terms
WPV administers several fees necessary to operate the Program. All fees are administrative and do not constitute legal fees.
3.1 Program Administration Fee (Enrollment Fee Replacement)

A non-refundable Program Administration Fee is required to join the Program.

This fee covers administrative onboarding, case creation, document handling, communication support, and pre-arrival training materials.

This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
3.2 Travel & Training Facilitation Fee (Program Fee Replacement)

A weekly Travel & Training Facilitation Fee of $70.00 is deducted beginning on the Driver Associate’s first day of U.S. employment.

The fee accrues for 156 weeks and must be paid in full.

The fee is non-refundable.

If the Driver Associate takes vacation, unpaid leave, or any time away from work, this fee continues to accrue, and the Driver Associate is responsible for making payments directly to WPV during any weeks without payroll.

The Driver Associate must comply with all U.S. Employer benefit, attendance, wage, and vacation policies.
3.3 Success Fund (Success Fee Replacement)

A weekly Success Fund contribution of $70.00 is deducted for 156 weeks.

The Success Fund may be refundable upon successful completion of all Program obligations.

Refund eligibility requires:
-
Completion of all 156 weeks of employment
-
Compliance with employer policies
-
Obtaining a U.S. CDL within program timelines
-
No termination for cause
-
No outstanding obligations or costs
-

Extraordinary expenses (extra CDL school time, training costs, or other required expenditures) may be deducted from the Success Fund before refund issuance.

If the Program ends due to breach or termination for cause, all unpaid Success Fund contributions become immediately due.
3.4 Additional Costs Not Included in WPV Fees
The following expenses are the Candidate’s responsibility:

Consulate medical exams & vaccinations
-
Passport fees
-
Housing, food, local transportation
-
Any government fees not paid by WPV
-
Costs resulting from Candidate error or delay
4. Employment & Post-Arrival Requirements
4.1 The Driver Associate acknowledges that the employer, not WPV, controls:

Wages
-
Benefits
-
Schedules
-
PTO & vacation
-
Disciplinary actions
-
Safety & performance policies
4.2 The Driver Associate must follow all employer policies to remain compliant with the Program.
4.3 WPV is not responsible for:

Loss of employment
-
Employer disciplinary actions
-
Changes in employer policies
-
Failure to pass employer-required evaluations
5. Termination of Participation
WPV may terminate a Candidate’s participation for:
-
Non-payment of fees
-
Failure to complete English or CDL study requirements
-
Misrepresentation or false information
-
Unresponsiveness
-
Failure to comply with employer policies
-
Not obtaining a CDL within required timeframes
-
Voluntary or involuntary termination of employment
If terminated:
-
All outstanding fees remain due
-
The Program Administration Fee is not refunded
-
The Success Fund may not be refunded
6. No Guarantee of Immigration Outcomes
WPV does not guarantee:

Visa approvals
-
Green Card issuance
-
Processing timelines
-
Employer decisions
-
Placement availability
-
CDL school outcomes
All outcomes depend on government and employer decision-making processes.
7. Website Use
By using WPVisas.com, you agree not to:

Attempt unauthorized access
-
Interfere with site security
-
Copy or repurpose WPV materials without permission
-
Provide false information
WPV may modify Website content at any time without notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All Website content is the property of WPV. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
WPV is not liable for:

Government actions or delays
-
Employer decisions or actions
-
Travel disruptions
-
Immigration denials
-
Loss of employment
-
Costs resulting from Candidate delays, omissions, or non-compliance
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WPV’s liability is strictly limited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration consistent with WPV service agreements.
11. Modifications to Terms
WPV may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website or Program constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
12. Data Protection & Privacy
WPV collects, stores, and processes personal information with due care and security.
12.1 Information We Collect
WPV may collect personal information including identity data, contact information, employment history, background checks, training records, and immigration documents.
12.2 Purpose of Processing
Personal information is used solely for:

Administering the Program

Coordinating with employers, government agencies, and training partners
WPV does not sell personal information to third parties.
12.3 Legal Basis
Processing is based on:

12.5 Sharing of Information

12.6 International Transfers

12.7 Data Retention
WPV retains information as required for Program, regulatory, and record-keeping purposes.

12.9 Reporting Concerns
Privacy concerns or suspected misuse of personal information may be reported to the same email address.
12.10 Consent
By using the Website or enrolling in the Program, you consent to WPV collecting, storing, and processing your personal information for the purposes outlined above.
